Superstar Racing Experience (SRX) has announced that it will be returning to sponsor Camping World for its second season.

The SRX Series is a six-race summer series that airs early Saturday nights, and the 2022 race is scheduled for June 18 at Flare Pensacola's Five Flag Speedway.

"It's great to announce that Camping World is sponsoring the SRX series, which will be on my list of options when I get here in January," SRX CEO Don Hoek said in a press release. “Back to Camping World and Marcus for another year is great for fans of SRX, Track and CBS. We look forward to a great collaboration, activation and relationship for the upcoming season.”

Last year, Nine Driver Series co-founder Tony Stewart competed in six rounds and won the championship with two wins and five podiums.

The series is designed to be the site of a motor competition modeled after the legends of modern and ancient motorsports, such as the now defunct International Race of Champions, where all races are held on only a short track.

In 2022, Tony Stewart, Ryan Hunter-Ray, Paul Tracy, Bobby Laponte, Ryan Newman, Marco Andretti, Michael Waltrip and Greg Vail were the eight drivers who announced their full schedule.

Tony Kanaan, Matt Kenseth, Chase Elliott, Ryan Blaney, Dave Blaney, Haley Deegan, Helio Castronves, Arne Francis Jr., Joseph Newgarden, Ken Schrader and many other short tracks are scheduled for this season.

“We look forward to continuing the partnership with SRX and maintaining support for the 2022 season,” said Marcos Lemonis, CEO and President of Camping World.

The six races will be broadcast on CBS Primetime from 8pm-10pm on ET and Paramount+.

Stafford and Nashville will host their second SRX race at four other locations in new times.

The seasonal tours of Sharon, Dave, and Ryan Blaney will be especially interesting as she becomes the second most popular father and son to compete on the show. In 2021, Chase and Bill Elliott suddenly fought for most of the race until Chase won the advantage and bragging rights.
